What colour is Hope?

I am an Australian and I don't usually show such a great interest in the politics of other countries but yesterdays election in America had me riveted. The underlying feelings of hope for the future during the broadcasts yesterday were hard to ignore.

It led me to ponder..."what colour is hope?"

It must contain a touch of blue ...

lets hope.....

How we perceive and experience the world begins inside of each one of us. Whenever a human being becomes focused on what appears to be unfolding outside the self, this distracts that person. People forget they control how they think and feel. You can take the example of Viktor Frankle. He was a prisoner in Nazi war camps. He eventually wrote a book called, "Man's Search for meaning." In this profound book, he reminds people that no matter how harsh his life conditions, he realized no person could control how he felt inside. No person could take away his imagination and ability to inspire hope inside himself. This does not change, regardless of what goes on around you. Hope is represented by any color you choose that brigtens your spirits.

I'm an American and the election this year seemed to my friends and me a pivotal point - either stay with the old warrior energy and kill off everyone who thinks differently or move into the Light. Time to change our thinking to move us into the fifth dimension. Obama is a gift for the US and for the world. And thank goodness. Not a moment too soon. We Americans are so spoiled, so used to being the biggest, and what might have been the best in terms of freedom, years ago, that we need to remember that Love and Peace begin within.

I think hope is that blue. I think elation is probably a really pinky-golden-sunrisey yellow!
